1. What Products Can Be Returned
We accept returns for new and slightly used, defective or non-defective products. Final sale items cannot be returned. This includes gift cards, custom orders, perishable supplies, clearance items, and opened personal hygiene kits.
2. Return Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
3. Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@arloandbeam.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Restocking Fee
If you ultimately decide to return the item, you must ship it back to the return warehouse address we provide and pay a restocking fee equal to 15% of the actual total order amount.
8. Order Cancellation
- Within 48 Hours: You can cancel an order within a 48-hour window of order placement without penalty, unless it is a custom item (special order processing fees may apply).
- After 48 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order after more than 48 hours for objective reasons (such as a change in design), you are required to pay a handling fee of 5% of the actual order amount. If your product is made to order/customized, a handling fee of 40% of the actual order amount will be charged.
- Shipped Orders: If your order has already shipped (even if under the 48-hour window), it cannot be canceled or rerouted.
- How to Request: To request a cancellation, please email us at info@arloandbeam.com and include your name, address, order number, items to be canceled, and the reason for your cancellation.
9. Product damaged upon arrival.
Please take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged parts and send them to info@arloandbeam.com within 15 days after your order is delivered. We will evaluate the situation and arrange for a replacement or a refund.
